She believes music is love, and love is the energy that connects us all. She also started Tru_Self productions with a goal of creating more queer spaces for electronic music and art, Bringing folks together with breakbeats, techno and everything in between. "i came back to electronic music after a 5 year hiatus, in which i had to reevaluate my life and my role in music. I'm genuinely inspired by the emergence of so many queer and femme artists, that our community can have the peace and love of what rave music is truly meant to be.

I created this mix as homage to all the different styles of electronic music that  captivated my ears and resonated with my soul. The bounce of funky breaks, the deep pull of techno and dub- and the powerful energy of jungle tekno all together melding with each other."

She’s been DJ-ing since 2008 and has evolved and refined her skills as a breakbeat freak and junglist throughout the years. Of her mix she says, “Some years ago, when I found a pack of vinyl rips called "Oinks DNB" with folders for ‘91, ‘92, and ‘93 I was blown away by the raw, fast and experimental breakbeats. This style of jungle had a profound impact on my musical taste, and I’m so happy to share my love and appreciation for early 90’s jungle with this mix”. So stand by for sped up vocals and dramatic interludes.
