I first met @sglewis during a 3 day studio trip to London on December 2017, the nicest dude to hang out and work with. We had a connection from before obviously with the remix I did for him that I’m still super proud of.

We worked on a few beats at his place, mixed genres, and ended up releasing a dreamy funk track called 'Tides' on his 'Dusk' EP in 2018.

When I started working on the Daybreak EP it knew I wanted to make music with someone as nice and talented as him again. We spent an afternoon listening to demos and jamming at his London studio and I came home with a 1 minute bounce and these haunting chords.

After a while, and the magic of @maxrbaby for the bass, 'Crossing Paths' was there. It’s a club track with the organic feel I think we both look for in music. So happy to have this one out with you bro !

We made this as a sonic embodiment of getting together and enjoying being with others in sun. After finishing it during various lockdowns we renamed it 'Things We Used To Do' in the hope it could remind people of what it was like before we were all locked down.

This track is pure nostalgia. A reminder of getting together with uninhibited enjoyment, as we are needing more and more reminders that it can and will exist again.
