We are all originally from Mesa Arizona where we have played music with or around each other in many different forms. We have traveled around independently in search for work/education/family/life. The universe has mighty powers and has brought us together to Provo Utah where we decided we should unite ourselves in an effort to create rock! Taylor Brimhall has been writing for his solo act Kill Accord in Provo for a couple years. We decided to take that as our foundation and add some drums and bass and see what comes out of it. We now call ourselves Jack Pines. After being a band for one year we released our first EP titled, River Bear, played locally in Provo as well as shows in Arizona and Idaho. We are currently working on our second album which will be self titled. We hope to have it finished and released by the summer of 2015 and tour to promote it.
