Joanne was born in Narrogin, Western Australia. Surrounded by music from a young age she began playing guitar and piano at the age of 11, writing music at the age of 12 and recording at 19, at the same time entering numerous talent quests, auditions, music competitions and musical theatre. 
Musical styles include: Pop, RnB, Country, Folk, Rock.
