‘Seeing You Around’ describes the turning point where a romantic interest changes dynamic. This is accompanied by thoughts of paranoia and self-doubt. There are themes of loneliness and isolation throughout, which draw parallels to the lockdown world we are all too familiar with now.

CATS CRADLE

Mount Famine are an 80s influenced indie rock n' roll band from Derby with big synth hooks, soaring vocals and dirty guitars. 'Lost' is their third single and follow up to 'Pulse' which was included in the actor Robert Carlyle's ‘Shit Year, Great Music' Spotify playlist in December 2020 as one of his favourite singles of the year.

Recording started in early 2020, and ‘Lost’ was finished in between lockdowns and is another step towards an album the band are writing and recording.
