The tunnel is a magical stage and im very grateful to have been asked to play the Saturday late afternoon set, before one of my biggest electronic-music inspirations, voices from the lake. Aus Music label head and DJ-Kicks curator Will Saul launches a new mix compilation series called 'Inside Out' with a distinct concept, each installment will feature 100% new and unreleased music.

Here Mixmag premieres a fresh cut from Youandewan titled 'Insel 2000', a dreamy and melodic break beat tune that showcases a unique side to his musical persona.

Will Saul touched on how the vision behind the new series is to deliver somewhat of an exciting surprise with each release: "I wanted to try and recreate the feeling I used to get in the 90s when you went clubbing and heard your favourite DJ play, but had never heard the vast majority of the tracks he or she was playing. Your mind would be constantly blown by hearing totally new music for the first time. We've pretty much lost this with the proliferation of online mixes, Shazam, early EP premieres and free streams.”

For Will’s inaugural 'Inside Out' mix he tapped a collection of artists he’s worked closely with over the years, including Lone, Pearson Sound, Move D, Gerd, Youandewan, Martyn, Falty DL, Dauwd, Appleblim and Marquis Hawkes.

'Inside Out' is set for release March 30 with nine tracks also being released on 2x12" vinyl.
