Heart of Glass is a New York/Bosnia-based band whose members draw inspiration from a wide array of music genre and subgenre. Although mostly influenced by American rock, funk, electric blues, 80’s postpunk, indie, 90s alternative musical styles and jazz, it is heard to pigeon-hole Heart of Glass as a particular genre and foist a label on their music articulation. This lack of clear categorization has liberated the band to fully express themselves, without having to fit into any familiar constructs. Their lyrics celebrate love and living in the moment, which is why their first album is titled Love Life, which is also the title of their first releas.
