I Would Like To Smile Again

Wanted to go back to some more LoFi ish type song. I wanted to do something relaxing and more chilled out. Originally the main melody was to be sung, i had written lyrics and everything but, i somehow forgot that i can't sing... oof. 

 I find it comforting to picture a scenario or a picture when creating a song. With this one in mind, I kept thinking of two people, a man and a women having relationship issues and how the struggle was personified melodramatically through a winding road, in the dark, in the middle of nowhere. There was something sad about it that spoke to me but at the same time it was peaceful...

Where Do We Go From Here?

Daydream was written in the Spring of 2020. Written while under quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic, it explores a persistent and pleasant recurring thought through gentle lulling motion.

The beginning of a new psychedelic adventure is rising up from the Mindspring family with Elishman’s full-length album titled, “Internal Unity”.
Elishman, aka Eli Peretz, has crafted a sublime new project of a deeply personal nature, which is rooted in organic, and psychedelic, sounds. The tracks are also teeming with beautiful live instrumentation and moving vocals, perfectly balanced by chilled grooves, as well as sparkling four-to-the-floor Downtempo.
