What if you were forced to spend your life on a mostly deserted island in the middle of the ocean? In such a thought experiment, hundreds of impressions come to mind. How would I obtain water and food? Are there wild or dangerous animals on the island, and would I be able to produce or find the necessary tools? Alongside these existential issues, questions about social connections and interactions also come up. Are there other individuals on the island, and if so, would they be friendly towards me? Considering it as a long-term situation, such an island life would likely be challenging to sustain. However, as a short break from everyday life … Nusa by Tim Tenhoff and Ru Yan reminds us of a long-gone and more emotional era of electronic music. The track awakens the desire for a white sandy beach and a starry night. Sipping an ice-cold cocktail at the bar while listening to the waves crashing. A deep conversation and a tear on the cheek perfectly complete the scenario as we walk arm in arm back to our bungalow.

Ōme is a Mexican musician, DJ, producer and sound designer, founder of “Mexiko collective”. He dedicates his life to sound production and design for film, performance and advertising. 

Kris Berle has been part of the electronic music scene for over 10  years. 
She believes music should be appreciated in different ways and the broad spectrum of  genres existing worldwide has allowed her to explore different fields both as a Dj and  producer.

Dissonance is a collaboration created in Mexico City between Kris and Ōme’s studio where they played with their different instruments. The sound they created together brought distinctive melodies that ended up in dissonant frequencies that somehow were pleasant to the ear. “It is the interplay between consonance and dissonance that makes music enjoyable to listen to.”

"Timefades" is the album's title track and it opens the release with twinkling synth melodies and emotive vocals built on a framework of stripped back percussion. It's got '80s undertones which showcase how this contemporary release has a timeless sound that makes it an instant classic.

"Gemini" has a chugging groove with a throbbing bassline and trippy guitar chords that intermingle with softly sung vocals and shuffling percussion rhythms. It's an intimate track with a laidback groove that wraps the listener in its soft and silky tones.

"Reset" has an extended intro where spiralling synths and epic chords build suspense in the build up to the introduction of the percussion and dreamy melody synth. It's an uplifting track with fluttering melodies that make the track feel like it’s being carried upon the wings of a thousand butterflies.

Serkan Eles began his journey in music with leading the guitarist slots for different bands in 2002. After spending some time enjoying playing around with those notes with his guitar, he discovered other kinds of possibilities that he could Visionaire upon his sophisticated music taste within the electronic music genres. Upon completing his music production training at SAE Institute Istanbul, he decided to pursue this dream and focused his time on building a new career in the electronic music industry. Serkan loves exploring the beats of different electronic music genres in his productions, his sound travels between downtempo electronica, ethnic/melodic house, and many other colorful tunes. After successful releases on different labels like Sol Selectas, BAR25 Music, 3000Grad Records, Merkaba Music he also founded his own label and made it home to many successful releases that have been streamed over 3million times on different platforms. The vision he created for himself in music inspires Serkan to create the bridge for other artists in his own projects at ‘Dreams Way Music' & ‘Eles Records.
