Proud mother of Jacob Pernell.  Played the original Zelda game while pregnant with him (and won).  Therefore claim large portion of credit for exposing him to music before he was even born.

ANIMUSTRAX is the musical brainchild of Tom Resnick, a composer for film, theatre, and videogame scores, specializing in an intense mix of epic orchestral and electronica.

I'm a composer for video games like Gunpoint, Frog Fractions 2, Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, and more.

I love working in music for games because it's the only medium where the audience gets to interact with what they're hearing. Creating music that needs to adapt to a player's actions is seriously the most challenging and rewarding thing about this job. Getting to write in a new styles every day, work in a community of genuinely awesome audio people, and combine my two favorite things (games and music) for a living does not get old.

Also buying games is a tax write off now, which is pretty rad.
