Here's a piece that I wrote for a flute and piano duo. 

I took my inspiration from watching a movie about an ancient temple, but it was missing music, so I decided to compose my own.

A great experience and a big chance to have Lydia Gasse (violon), Stéphanie Caplette (violon), Alex Kehler (violon), Marie-Êve Beaulé (cello), Olivier Hébert (bass) and Andrew Wells Oberegger (percussions) on this track.

Thanks to Alexandra Maison for supporting me in this project. Percussionist, bassist, composer, and much more, she was incredibly available for this project and adapted perfectly to my very ad-lib playing style (without a metronome). We had to develop a strong connection for everything to work!

Résonances intérieures is, above all, a part of me. Through the notes of the piano, I wanted to express emotions that are difficult to name—ambiguities, questions… I sought to comfort broken hearts and bring back hope.

At the crossroads of post-Romanticism and neo-classical music, I composed eight pieces that combine intensity with a philosophical depth inspired by the spirit of the Enlightenment. The music unfolds in enveloping, refined colors, while remaining accessible to all.

Résonances intérieures, c’est avant tout une part de moi. À travers les notes du piano, j’ai voulu exprimer des émotions difficiles à nommer, des ambiguïtés, des questionnements… J’ai cherché à réconforter les cœurs brisés et à redonner espoir.

Dans un croisement entre le post-romantisme et la musique néo-classique, j’ai composé huit morceaux où se mêlent intensité et profondeur philosophique, inspirées par l’esprit des Lumières. La musique y dégage des couleurs enveloppantes, épurées et accessibles à tous.
