Hier ist mein Geheimrezept 📜

Du brauchst:

360 g Ruchmehl
1/2 Teelöffel Hefe
1 Teelöffel Salz
60g Baumnusskerne
3.5 dl lauwarmes Wasser

In einer Schüssel Mehl, Hefe und Salz mischen.

Dann die Baumnusskerne grob hacken und daruntermischen. 
Das Wasser dazugeben und mit den Händen mischen bis der Teig eine gute Konsistenz hat.

Decke den Teig in der Schüssel mit einem feuchten Küchentuch zu und lasse ihn über Nacht gut ruhen.

Am nächsten Morgen: 
Den Backofen bei 220 °C eine halbe Stunde vorheizen.

Forme den Teig mit Mehl zu einem runden Teigling und lasse diesen noch mal 30 Minuten aufgehen.

Backe es in der unteren Hälfte des Ofens für ungefähr 40 - 45 Minuten, bis es beim klopfen auf der Unterseite hohl klingt, dann ist es ready.

Backe Brot, geniesse das Brot, backe es nicht tot 🥖

Geheimrezept

Today's premiere comes from one of our favourite producers - he played for us in London last December and released a track on our 7th compilation.

His latest release, Orbit, is a 6-track whirlwind of melodic braindance, electro funk and cosmic acid collected from Shinra's excursions to the outer reaches of the known universe. The title track premiered here is an emotional slice of electro with layers of synths swirling around a winding bassline.

With appearances on Balkan Vinyl, Null+Void, InFiné, Analogical Force and Feel My Bicep over the last couple of years, London-based producer Shinra has gradually been gaining recognition for his eclectic, acidic electro jams. Highlights include 2015's "Fallen" (selected for a Boiler Room debut) and his 2016 remix of Sandboards' "Visa" which was picked as electro tune of the month in Mixmag.

Born out of distaste for the current trend of excessively hard and fast techno, this collaboration between Berlin based Roman Lindau and Fossil Archive boss Roberto from London, seeks to bring the groove and soul back into Techno.

After back to back sets at the likes of fabric in London, Tresor in Berlin and Culture Box in Copenhagen, the connection between these two artists was firmly cemented. This lead to their first studio collaboration ‘Nerinea Trinodosa’ which appeared on Fossil Archive 006 in 2017. The studio process felt very natural, with each artist assuming different roles. Their latest effort ‘Path to Enchantment’ comes with 4 new fresh tracks designed to tell a story by both of these exciting artists on Fossil Archive.
