DJ/producer Benji Lenfant is one of the key players in the Tel Avivian underground dance scene of the last 15 years.
His regular appearances in Tel Aviv’s most prolific clubs include DJ sets at The Block, Alphabet, Phi Garden, and Breakfast Club (to name a few).
A former club owner of the legendary Deli-Club and crew member of Later@Deli, both now considered the resurrectors of the Deep House sound in Tel Aviv.

In his solo productions, as well as in his regular co-productions with Rina, he blends a combination of Balearic house sounds with up-to-date electronica, resonating his love for soul, disco, and everything in between.

In 2023, this dynamic duo embarked on a new musical venture with their own record label, Ani Cham, in collaboration with fashion and brand designer Darel Granot (xxx design), infusing it with a fresh sound and visual language. Together they already marked a successful label showcase tour in Mexico, charity events for NGOs, introducing fresh international names to the Tel Aviv scene—such as DJ Shubostar and Simple Symmetry—and soon to release new music by them and friends on the label.

More to come in 2023—a new mix series in collaboration with close friend and fellow DJ, Idit Frenkel—under the name Liquid Mix, where they host local and international like-minded DJs for an hour of deep-dub-goodness. Stay tuned!

Tykov’s journey in electronic music began early, driven by a passion for house music and its endless possibilities. Over the years, he has honed a distinctive style that explores the deeper realms of house music, effortlessly blending elements of deep house, tech house, and occasional nods to electro and techno. His sets are known for their dynamic grooves that resonate with dancefloors all around.  

But Tykov’s artistry doesn’t stop behind the decks. He also started as a producer, to constantly try to push the boundaries of his sound, crafting tracks that reflect his evolving vision. Beyond his individual pursuits, he is also a co-founder of Trickpony, a platform fueled by a shared love for underground music, art and culture.  

For Tykov, everything revolves around the groove. To him, electronic music is like a mosaic, with the groove serving as the glue that binds it all together. This deep understanding of rhythm and connection is at the heart of his ability to create the best moments on the dancefloor.
