Maeva Totolehibe est une artiste Franco-Malgache. Depuis 2018, elle développe des installations-récits et examine la façon dont la création de nouveaux imaginaires peut fonctionner comme un outils politique. En s’appuyant sur des recherches sociologiques et environnementales, ses œuvres sont pensées pour être accessible à un large public. À travers ses œuvres sonores et poétique l'artiste créé des narrations spéculatives donnant accès à une lecture sensible de l’anthropocène. Les explorations esthétiques de Totolehibe se manifestent dans les installations nouveaux médias avec un accent sur les œuvres d’art textuelles, performatives et technologiques. Elle travaille principalement l’installation audio, explorant des mondes ambigus, entre réalité et fiction. Passionnée de science-fiction et ancienne guide de réserve naturelle, cela influence sa pratique artistique. Elle travaille souvent en collaboration et a fait partie de plusieurs collectifs d’artistes.
