Wacky Workbench - Sonic CD Remix [Free Download]

Inspired by the scrapped R2 level. An ancient city set near the mountains that is said to be a secret experiment by the inhabitants of the Mircale Planet. A Land that was able to sustain biological life, in conjunction with the planet's artificial life. The conclusion was a sacred palace filled with everlasting energy and peace. Waterfalls mads of rainbows, stones made of a strange glittery material, and plant life the likes of which you've never seen. it was considered a sanctuary for all inhabitants of the planet, and was once the resting place of the time stones...however. Robotnik has placed tubes and machines all over the place, hoping to suck this energy out, and use the power for his own purposes. Can hope be restored to this place of beauty?

Miracle Maze Zone [Present]

Sonic had come across a peculiar set of sneakers while running through the landscape. At first he ignored them, but couldn't help but admire their sleek design. What's more, they fit him perfectly! How could he say no? With the new sneakers on his soles Sonic began to run faster and faster, eventually breaking the sound barrier, but as he did this he began to spark and shocks of electricity emanated from his body. The world began to dissolve into a strange Rainbow like void. Sonic obviously confused stopped running for a second to look around, but the moment he slowed down, he had appeared in the same place...but a different time. "Hmm, the planet's magic must have done something to these sneakers! Now I can travel through time!", Sonic decided to take a look around this new place before continuing his journey.

Dear SEGA, I hear that legal troubles regarding Sonic 3's original soundtrack might be part of what's holding you back from a re-release of Sonic 3 ( www.sonic3remastered.com/ More info here)
I suggest an alternative solution to trying to get the rights to use the songs that are currently providing a roadblock in greenlighting the project.

My summer vacation is unfortunately coming to an end soon, so I decided a good way to send it off would be to cover a song that has a good summer-y vibe to it. I've actually wanted to cover this song for over a year now, I just never got around to doing it because I could never find those "WOO" and "YAY" samples.

I'm finding Sonic music is always a lot of fun to cover. Wonder if there's any reason.

Hey all!

Back again with another track, and this one is a bit different, but in a great way!

While scrolling through Twitter, I happened across some sweet Sonic art, and began to wonder "What would music for this kind of zone sound like if I could compose a track for it?" So, I reached out to the original artist, Esteban Gutierrez, on Twitter and asked if he was okay with me creating an original track based on his art. He was totally cool with it, so here it is!

According to Esteban, the idea of this art is that this zone in set in space, which is a theme that classic Sonic games don't ever really use for normal levels. Hopefully a 16 bit successor to Sonic Mania changes that someday!
