chra is the Alter Ego of Christina Nemec. After a long period of experiments in low frequencies and noise-effects, chra starts to work on clubbeats . chra  plays with sinuswaves – created through shareware soundeffects  - processed through taperecorder and analogue and digital tools: logic, ableton live, 4-track-machine, sampler, …

Spear  (1992-2004)
Maciej Ozog and Joanna Niekraszewicz founded spear in 1992. Within 12 years of its existence, Spear released four CDs, its compositions appeared on many compilations, and the band played dozens of concerts in Poland and abroad. Studio recordings of Spear were made primarily by founding members, but the duo collaborated with many other musician such as Wojcek Czern, Hubert Babiarz, Bartłomiej Kuźniak, Janek Koza, Marta Pilarska, Mariusz Stępien during live performances, as well as in case of some recordings.

From the beginning Spear was connected with the OBUH Records label, which published the first material of the group entitled "Spear" in 1994 and the next two albums: "In Search of Sparks"(1996) and "Dark Waters of Light" (1997). In 1998, the band issued its own label Ignis, which published another two CDs: "of Silence" (1999) and "Sapphire Flower" (2001).

Spear's music was a combination of minimalist, ambient soundscapes based on drones, loops, cut ups and found-sounds, post-industrial harshness and roughness, and unpredictable and unlimited experimentation with all possible sound sources. The result was a multi-dimensional, heterogeneous, hybrid sound collages oscillating between meditation, trance and uncontrollable outbursts of chance and noise. Movement and stillness, silence and noise, order and chaos, the composition of opposites.

The specificity of Spear activity was marked by and reflected the interests of the group's members who were inspired by magic, western esoteric tradition and European existentialism at that time. This found expression in sound experiments aimed to elicit specific psychosomatic states, as well as in symbolic, ambiguous texts, woven into the musical fabric.

The album "Sapphire Flower" was the climax of Spear's activity, and also showed a slow but constant change in interests and attitude towards music, art and the world. It also signals an exhaustion of a certain aesthetic formula and worldview. Nothing stands still. Change and evolution. Difference and Repetition. Spear was closed as an existential project in 2004. We are no longer the same people...

After the end of Spear Maciej Ozog founded duo Ben Zeen with Paweł Cieślak and electro duo Aural Treat with Marta Heberle. Currently he carries out solo sound projects, he creates audiovisual performances, actions and installations. His first solo album "Electric Disobedience of Flesh" will be released in 2014. Since 2011, he leads audiovisual project Nonstate together with Barłomiej Kuźniak. He is also a member of ephemeral projects Sup Spa and Quantum Vacuum Oscillator associated with the collective 333flow.
