Today, we've been blessed - and way more than usual. Critical Music have passed us an exclusive look at Enei's forthcoming <em>Goliath</em> EP on the label ahead of the label's return to Room One on Friday 9th May with this exclusive clip of the title track that also features the instantly recognisable tones of Manchester don, DRS. A beguiling blend of junglist drum work, booming basslines and futuristic vocal affectation its a pertinent sign of things to come from the label and from the Russian producer in question who'll be appearing with the crew in Room One a week on Friday. 

The full EP will be out at the end of May.

'Double Divide' is the debut LP from Second Storey, released on Houndstooth on October 6th 2014.

Describing the music on Double Divide, Second Storey says: "The title of the album, 'Double Divide' refers to the different ideas I found myself exploring as the album progressed, relating to tension and release. The 'Double' being the double-intensity beat driven tracks and the 'Divide' being the antidote in the form of the ambient or more introspective moments." This duality is on display throughout the album, which hints at his wide-ranging influences, from the complex rhythmic structures and emotive melodic phrases of Aphex Twin and Autechre, the funk of Prince to Parliament, the crazed robotics of Drexciya and the raw techno sludge of Cristian Vogel and Neil Landstrumm, right through to dark drum and bass of artists like Ed Rush & Optical.

I just spent a week in the Maldives. Was nice. I tried really hard not to listen to dance music or answer emails. But as hard as I tried, the HOOK in this newie from Terace kept ringing in my ears. 

"Let me know, Let me know how you like it baby." 

Makes me think it's pretty damn hooky. Like really really hooky. 

And when you have the production skills of these 2, with remix credits including Rüfüs, Flume & Chet Faker, Peking Duk, Motez and dj support from names such as Pete Tong, Tchami, What So Not, Golden Features and you got a hot lil hook like this one (shout out to KLP for the beautiful words), then i think we have a gem in our hands right here. 

Big ups Terace. 

And remixes. Black Butter homie Taiki Nulight gives us some wonky bass tech, Odd Mob give us some ethereal funk trap while Mike Metro, who just keeps getting better, drops us a tropical house jam that will sound equally as good in the club as by the pool. 

We hope you dig "Let Me Know" by Terace as much as we do.
