As you hear me point out quite early in this set, I'm not really a chiptune artist by any stretch, so I felt somewhat like the elephant in the room for this event amongst such greats as Chipzel and Polaria Poyon.

Despite that, James "CalmDownKidder" didn't care too much about this and was still keen to have me onboard for the third online iteration of his long-running Chipfest event (and it really is long running - I went to Chipfest 6 to see Bokusatsu Shoujo Koubou and CoLD SToRAGE in a tiny underground pub in Liverpool back in 2011 and it was fantastic).

Not wanting to be too disruptive to the general vibe, I decided to pick out a selection of some of the most banging chiptune cuts I know, along with a few tracks that either sample video games or feature a faux-bit motif as the focal point of the track.

Overwhelming bouts of imposter syndrome aside, everyone in the chat was super welcoming, the other artists smashed it, and we raised a ton of money for charity, so that was nice.
