Dover (Ben) realized his passion for music at a young age, and always knew that it would play a large part in his life.

With early interests in Rock, Hip Hop, and Trance, It’s no surprise after discovering the rave scene in early 2002, he found his niche within Hardcore, Drum’n’Bass and Dubstep.

In 2005 Dover founded Cranky Entertainment, with his debut party “Dusk till dawn”. Soon after, Dover’s weekly club night known as Dosage was born. As years progressed, Cranky Entertainment went on to promote unforgettable parties such as “A new beginning”, “Nothing Suss”, “Neverland” and most recently the “Why The Fuck Not?” series.

After starting producing in 2007 Dover has cemented himself as one of Australia’s brightest Hardcore talents. Whether he is behind the decks or in the studio, Dover’s love for fresh, upfront, energetic Hardcore is truly apparent.

Over his 7 year long DJ career, Dover has played at almost every underground event including memorable parties such as Bass Control, Fantasia, Futuredome, Conception Day, Hard To The Core (ACT), Ravestock, Funcore, Cosmic Destination and Unity. 

DJ Dover has also played at club nights such as Unipackers, Submission U18s, Daydreams and now holds a residency at Sublime/Subcore; Australia’s longest running weekly club night, voted Australia’s #1 club night 7 years running.
