Working tirelessly to provide positive vibrations, he has more than shown his love through both his music and work within the scene. Since taking over Light It Up Productions in the early 2000's, Jay has worked with a variety of people to spread the sound and energy of EDM culture. Now working with Kulture Cru, they are reviving the true Underground parties Philly was known for. You can be sure that whenever Jay is throwing down, it’s bound to be memorable as always. Delivering some of the freshest mixing Philadelphia has seen in years, Jay Shok takes House, Breaks, DnB, and Electro and makes them his own. He really is one of Philadelphia’s best kept secrets.

Born out of an era where Ridley Scott imagined dystopian futures on the silver screen, and artists like NIN and Aphex Twin rocked MTV.

Getting creative in the studio with the likes of Seven Lions, Skrillex, Deadmau5, and Tom Morello, and contributing to film scores and OSTs, including “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and “XXX -Return of Xander Cage” in collaboration with top composer Brian Tyler, Stanczak's long standing career in electronic music never stands still.

The Kyng of Thievez has been a young and quickly upcoming Jungle DJ. Origanlly from North Jersey but now resides in Philadelphia he spends most of his time gathering new tracks and speaking with the newest producers coming out with the best tunes around the globe. He is also expanding his horizons and has been branching out to other genres, not to say that ragga is his heart but a dj must be diverse in many ways, He spends a lot of time sitting down and perfecting his scratching and always working on his mixing talents. The Kyng of Thievez has played countless parties on the East Coast and has stepped up to even headline a few out of state gigs. 

The Kyng of Thievez has been producing for just under 5 years Fluently, with a few heavy remixes under his belt, The kid is doing what he can with what he has to work with attempting to find his sound. Maybe one of these days he may make a lucky break who knows, but until then he does not seem to be slowing down any time soon.

Having shared the stage with countless heroes of the Drum and Bass and Breaks/Fidget Scene, this young Skywalker has learned much in his seemingly short career.  He is  constantly keeping the crowd moving, and the energy flowing as his Freestyle DnB and Jungle sets learning with the crowd and pushing tunes that will make you squirm from the front to the back.
 
With just under 6 years of mixing under his belt, this junglist has held his ground, even forcing some of his elders to bring the noise. Besides being one of the last up and coming Jungle DJs in Philly, the Kyng of Thievez devotes his weekends to making the Philadelphia scene work by doing sound, lighting, security, and whatever else he can do to help. He has also been getting very serious about production work lately, with a couple of tunes available on soundcloud and possibly a newer label or two. With a strong promotional backbone, and a crazy ear for the freshest new jungle,drumstep, and drum and bass tunes coming out now a days, The Kyng of Thievez is the young selektor to add for an amazing asset to any event!
