Growing up within earshot of soul and Motown, Jake was immersed early on in the timeless sounds of artists like Lionel Richie and Al Wilson — influences that still echo through his music today.

Blending this rich, soulful foundation with the raw, driving energy of contemporary acts like Bicep, Gaskin, and Chris Stussy, he crafts euphoric mixes that are both nostalgic and forward-thinking. His sound is a seamless fusion of warmth and edge — a journey through groove, grit, and everything in between.

He has performed on the prestigious BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury, at Jungle Boogie in Workington, and played a wide range of venues across the UK.

Away from the decks, Jake runs That DJ Podcast and Undiscovered Sounds, aimed at supporting up-and-coming artists.

Both provide a platform for emerging electronic music artists, shine a light on underground talent and share tips on how to improve.
