We dipped our toes in at the deep end and went with a couple of FAITH NO MORE big hitters for our debut demo. We tried to nail the tunes as much as we could given the restrictions on studio time etc. Both tracks took a few hours to nail the backing plus some extra time for vocal and keyboard overdubs. Our drummer Dean produced all the tracks in his home studio. He did a belting job too.

For us, the beauty about the Future is the endless possibilities it holds. In essence, it's a blank canvas waiting to be painted on. We'd love nothing more than to 'build' and 'make' a Future that's all our own. That means doing everything ourselves from scratch, bringing the hand of the artist back. So as we've been building a studio in the backyard and working on our live show, we wanted to start this new "Future Nites" series of remixes and originals with an eye on creating music for these live performances. We added a marimba to the live set, and can't wait to get some more analog gear into the studio so we can take these Future Beats to the next level.

It's been a fun ride for us putting all our heart and soul into this new project, so we hope this song takes you on an equally epic journey. As summer turns to fall, and day turns to night, we hope that you'll paint these empty canvases of endless possibilities with us. You do it by sharing and blasting music out into the world, with every action you make. It's about leaving your mark on the world. It's about leaving your Autograf. This is Future Nites.
