Dj Kre - Dub Damage Recordings , Dubz Audio & Shockwave


Kre real name Kieron Evans from Grays Essex,  owner of Dub Damage Recordingz 

Started off as a raver going to all the big dances around the country ,

But this was not enough for him, so Kre decided to get him self a pair of decks and spent most of his money in record shops buying new vinlys , in which he managed to get a set on a local radio station called Cyndicut 97.8 Fm from there he went on to play regular sets with djs the like off Top Dolla,Indica,Illfigure,Friskie,Skeptik ,Carbon,Ironlung, and Drastik Measures.
Also Kre has played various of guest shows with the Dj Guv ( Dubz Audio )on the almighty Kool Fm 

Kre has played at some of the biggest events in dnb such as Raveology,Breakin Science,Low Down Deep,Hysteria,Sticky and also Class A Recordingz events.


Kre first started makeing drum and bass on Reason in which he developed his skills and was it then when he was indroduced to a producer known as Jayline .

It was then for me my music started takeing off , collabing with the likes of Drastik Measures,Illfigure,Brockout,Jayline,Top Dolla & Indica this was a big learning curve for me and finally 

after being showed the ropes by a good friend called Jayline ( Sound Bully Audio ) 

Kre got his first release with a Birmingham based label called Class A Recordingz run by CKB , where he had his first two vinly releases track in titled 'Go Against Me ' and 'The Hustle '.

Since then Kre has had tracks signed to Subway Soundz ,Dubz Audio,Dub Damage & Soundbully and many more .

Kre continued his studys in music production and went on to study Music Technolgy in which he sucessfully completed.......

Exploding onto the Drum & Bass scene back in 2012, Kove quickly grabbed the attention of industry heavyweights including Andy C and Futurebound. After a string of successful releases on Viper and ProgRAM, Kove hit the radar of titans Chase & Status, signing to their imprint MTA records. Diversifying his sound on the successful E.P’s ‘Measures’ and ‘Murmurations’, Kove began setting the airwaves alight with his songs ‘Searching and ‘Way We Are’ as well as his remixes for John Newman and Bastille gaining widespread support from Annie Mac, Danny Howard, Mistajam and Toddla T.  
 
Kove’s eclectic mixing style quickly made him a firm fixture on the festival circuit playing sets at Glastonbury, Lovebox, Reading & Leeds, EDC Vegas, Hideout, EXIT, Creamfields, as well as 2 nationwide tours across the U.S for Bassrush and supporting Netsky. 

Kove kicked off 2016 with the double E.P Nightfires vol. 1&2. showcasing his forward thinking production and a multi-genre approach. Songs such as ‘El Camino’ & ‘Bring Me Life’ racked up hundreds of thousands of plays on UKF & Spotify. Picking up support from BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra along the way. Finishing off the year with further remixes for Rag’n’Bone man, Emilie Sande, Sigala & WHTKD.
 
After a 12 month hiatus to explore other musical avenues, Kove is back with the new E.P ‘In From The Cold’, on DNBArena. Heading back to his roots, this 4 track Drum and Bass release is sure to set dancefloors alight.
