Mori is the next chapter in Jakesbee’s journey, an extension of his 2023 project, Vivere. While Vivere was about embracing life, Mori explores the solitude and sacrifice that come with chasing dreams. Inspired by the Latin phrase "Memento Mori"—a reminder of life’s impermanence—this EP reflects the emotional weight of being away from loved ones while navigating college, travel, and self-discovery.

With music as his outlet, Jakesbee turns feelings of isolation into fast-paced rhythms, blending atmospheric textures with the raw energy of Dance music. Each track is a glimpse into his world—a space between movement and stillness, connection and distance.
