Born December 3 1993, Dakota Foster (better known by his rap name Shameless) emerged into the music industry at age 25 as an independent artist/producer after working tirelessly to open his own studio.  Having played guitar since nine years old, he had an easy transition into producing music and working with vocals. His music spans across both the hip-hop/r&b genres and after creating some of the smoothest records of 2019, he is proving to be one of the best unsigned rappers in Houston, Tx.
