#IAMCJ acronym for “Into a mind choosing joy”; is not only a singer/songwriter but an instrumentalist, engineer, and female producer who draws her listeners in with sultry vocals, and melodic songs that can be described as “soul touching.” Before being known as #IAMCJ, Chara was known for the voice of choice for music collaborations in her city and across the states. #IAMCJ has been featured on music with artists such as Kevin Gates, and more. Chara first started recording music at the age of 10 years old. Recording from childhood, #IAMCJ Began to release music professionally as an adult. In 2012 she released a single entitled “Led Me On”. In 2013 #IAMCJ joined and collaborated with a writing/production team entitled “The Beats Committee.” With the help of this team, this artist released her first self titled EP “#IAMCJ” in 2014. Since then #IAMCJ has become a Major pioneer in creating music that is current but timeless. Because of her skill, and gifted ability to create music from scratch; #IAMCJ works with other artists from a songwriter, producer, engineer and vocal production perspective.
