The streets of Chinatown attracted by the smells of exotic cuisine, what cannot be said about the sudden appearance of the detectives. Anyone who even occasionally felt the inquisitive eyes on them shied away from them. Sellers of all sorts of things were fussily whispering and continuously watching every step of the uninvited guests. The whole block seemed to know about the ongoing investigation. Looking around intently, the professor suddenly came across the strange but very familiar tracks.
"It can't be... the credentials and password turned out to be fake! Cat, follow me!" – Spacelunch made a note in his diary and walked rapidly along the stalls. He knew that the truth was somewhere nearby.

The talented DJ/Producer with growing stature within the UK scene, Size 8 arrives with his first EP on Circa Groove. Size 8's tight productions are deep, slamming and delicate all at the same time. A familiar face in East London, regularly moving dancefloors in Hackney and beyond, who we are super excited to have on the label with his Computer Cadence EP.

The EP kicks off with 'Snake Hips', a super deep cut that has become an essential record in the Circa Groove arsenal. A tried and tested house gem that weaves magic on the dancefloor.

Followed on by 'Can I See You Again', this track will have you asking the DJ that same exact question. Playful and bubbling synth lines sat neatly on top of some robust drum lines, this is a seriously dreamy track.

The final originals from Size 8 are 'Wednesday in the Loft' and 'Into The Phase', follow suit with warm filtered chords which shift and move with melodic artistry. Two thick and spacey chunks of UK Tech House.

On remix duties is the one and only Jorge Savoretti, a producer with some of the most recognisable dancefloor heaters out there, and his remix of 'Wednesday in the Loft' is no exception. A heavy percussive workout with a groove that will have you wrapped around its finger from start to finish.

Vinyl only. Carpet/Patterns matures with this debut from French producer Saudade, whose name in Portuguese refers to an indefinable sense of nostalgia and longing. Apt then that each of these reduced house jams evokes half-invented memories of other places and times, be it the smoky live jazz vibe on 'Past Is Your Potential' and 'Cabaret' or the workaday hustle of 'Defense 2000'. 'Trappes' is more upfront, matching deadpan Psycho samples with bumping tobias.-esque rhythms to create a crafty dancefloor killer.

@Ludowick returns for his second outing on the Jambutek imprint with an emotive three-track EP of off-kilter house music. The title track sees the Spanish producer weave a lush tapestry of layered pads complemented by snappy rhythms and liberally sprinkled with choppy percussive fills. "Bow-Tie" takes a more direct approach - with its wobbly lead lines providing a somewhat grittier aesthetic. Rounding off the release, "Electric Heart" filters a classic house music elements through a modern lens to great effect. The release includes remixes from @AWSI and Ir.Vin (@irvinmind).
