Nationwide Attempt to Locate 12 Year Old Daughter Jasmine Eliza Hagner - This is a tape recording with permission to tape the Conversation with a Corpl from Bullhead City Police Department in Arizona - Sep 19 2015 - in attempt to retrieve my daughter. There has been an ongoing investigation. 

My name is James Hagner. I’m a first responder from 9/11. I have pulmonary fibrosis and lungs of a 92 year old.  I am aware that the Bullhead City, AZ Police are now violating a nationwide act known as, “Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act”  I have been advised that Bullhead City Police Department is breaking the law. .  My 12 year old daughter Jasmine Eliza Hagner was found yesterday in Bullhead City, AZ. I have an emergency custody order stating the mother must immediately return Jasmine into my custody here in PA. Order is dated and stamped by Monroe County Court House on September 17, 2015. Her mother Nicole Hagner ran from PA State all the way to AZ. Jasmine is NOT in school. There are warrants for both her mother Nicole Krystal Hagner for harassing/assaulting my pregnant fiancé on June 23 in Pocono Township. Nicole abandoned our 3 children and took our oldest on the run across the united states to Arizona & there's another warrant for her boyfriend Karl W Smith Jr. for violating parole/probation with drugs. He abandoned 2 children in Philly, PA. These police officers are saying she's fine and safe. Meanwhile in Monroe County, PA we have Children & Youth stating mom refused 8 drug tests, abandoned her daughter so many times - and allowed her to miss 58 days of school - that they opened a 6 month abandonment case on her. We have other recordings with other state / local authorities with proof of her mother being completely unfit , mentally unstable as a parent. She has not taken her parenting class in Monroe county. She came to our home drunk & high - did not have the proper car seats to take our children in her car which was not properly registered or insured in PA state either - attempted to run our son over, falsified police reports. Took off on the run with our oldest daughter, because her and her boyfriend Karl smashed up her vehicle and framed it on me and had me falsely arrested with charges which were all dropped. She stole $400 from a co-worker at the Jubilee in Pocono Lake, PA. Do you feel this child who is under age, mentally ill, legally blind, sexually active, should be in her mother's custody with her boyfriend who has 22 accounts of charges in the Philly area ontop of his warrants? Do you feel the Bullhead City Police Department are doing their job professionally? Again, I want to emphasize they are violating my rights. You will hear this in the conversation.

I have FULL SOLE/PHYSICAL/LEGAL custody of all 4 of our children now. I've been a mom & a dad to them for 2 years. Enough is enough. I'm their everything. I want my daughter Jasmine home immediately. Everyone please share this and pass it along.
