Pretty soon we'll have robots in our society, you're going to have a lot of automated processes that used to be done by people - this is happening. Society and technology is changing so fast, and the impact of the change on society and technology is global, not local.
Above all, I would hope that not just one leader of a wise race, at great expense, would set loose an army of self-replicating brain squeezing skull munching robots. Figuratively speaking of course...

SKULL MUNCHING ROBOTS

Del Wags is the music of Dave Wagoner: a collection of homemade tunes meant to please no particular demographic. Dave is a one- man show of rhythm guitar loops recorded in the basement, choruses born in the shower, lyrics written on the couch, and tracks mixed on the laptop (and the occasional cover). Go ahead, tap your feet.

I played only acoustic guitar and harmonica for many years, playing the same covers alone and occasionally with friends. I never thought I wanted an electric guitar or lots of music gear because I didn't want to accumulate more things. In 2019 by chance I obtained a cheap electric guitar from a friend, and my life changed as this new tool unlocked a creative door. During Covid I bought a looper and a keyboard and began teaching myself to play it, and the creative door flew wide open. I challenged myself to ride the learning curve of home computer music production. I re-tapped into my poetry-writing brain from high school and songs began flying out of me. I haven't been this creative since I was a teenager and it's pure joy.

I'm thankful to have a place here to share my creations, make connections with others, and hear so much unique and wonderful music and sound from people all over the world.

Music is the universal language that speaks to our hearts and souls. It transcends borders and cultures, connecting us on a level that words cannot reach. Music has the power to evoke emotions, bring back memories, and create new ones, moving us in ways that nothing else can. It is truly a magical art form that unites us all.

As a composer, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, recording, and mixing guru, I am honored to share some original music with the SC community. There are so many talented and gifted artists on this platform! It's always inspiring to discover the different types of music and hidden gems one can stumble upon here. Personally, I enjoy mixing different genres and styles, so perhaps you'll find something here that you enjoy. I look forward to listening to your music too! I love music, I especially love to sing, I only perform and I only do covers.
I played guitar for over 10 years when I was young.
I gave it up over 30 years ago...
