Taniwhas Den is a hidden gem of a festival held in a forest near a river in rural New Zealand. I played at the Cliff Zone where a limestone cliff is the perfect screen for mind bending live visuals, and the set time was a great chance to experiment with a darker sound.

Spring is returning and more sun light is on the way! I have been craving the company of friends in warmer, sunnier weather and decided to make a mix with that theme in mind. 

The mix was inspired by a golden hour set I played for a Burning man camp fundraiser/party (a.k.a Soggy Bottoms)By Porch Catz last summer. Dove pretty deep into my playatech/deep house tracks for this one.

Alastair (San Francisco) playing a gorgeous Wednesday Sunrise Set at Burning Man 2014 atop the breath-taking Heart Phoenix Mutant Vehicle. The journey begins in the dark with creeping deep melodies and progresses into lighter and more vibrant soundscapes as the sun rises over the mountains to shine down it's radiant warmth on Black Rock City.
