Cavan Moran is a singer-songwriter from Manchester, north of England. He has already graced some of the world’s finest stages, including London’s Union Chapel, New York’s Knitting Factory and La Flèche D'Or in Paris and the songs he writes are built to fill such stunning spaces.
In February of 2015, Moran released Lonely Rival on 7” backed by Pricked To A Pattern on his own C33 Records label.
Moran considers France to be his second home and tours there on at least a bi-annual basis. It was therefore apt that in September 2014, he signed to the French label, Celebration Days Records.

After 2 mind blowing years of hard work and relentless touring throughout Europe. Cavan Moran releases his debut album "Forever on the Road, Forever at Home" through French based "Celebrations Days Records”, recorded through 2015 at Stockport’s 3 KHz Studios.  At once haunting, timeless and without genre, this collection of music only grows in depth with each listen.

With bluesy vocals, swinging rhythms and poignant lyrics, Bells in the Birches offer a quirky and emotive blend of US and UK musical styles. Think Laura Marling with Johnny Cash’s backing band. Bells in the Birches make music which is at once, both vulnerable and defiant with songs about the tragedies and triumphs of humanity, love and compassion, and of the uncertainty and fragility of life.

Recent support slots for Lady Lamb the Beekeeper and Paper Aeroplanes have brought them to a wider audience and added them to the  list of Manchester's 'must-see' female pop-folkies.

Their debut For All Seasons EP was released in June 2013. Their second EP is due out in early 2015.
