Eduardo “Ed” Varez is an artist originally from Lima, Peru, based in Los Angeles, CA. When he was only 12, Ed became passionate about music and it took his very first piano and guitar lessons. He showed an interest in many genres, ranging from pop and rock down to Blues, Jazz, Latin and Folk, only to mention but a few. He specializes in creating music with a distinctive vibe and a very personal feel, often reminiscent of artists such as Jarabe De Palo, as well as Jamiroquai. This versatile performer had the opportunity to hit the stage at some of the world’s most famous venues, including LA’s Whisky A Go Go, as well as San Francisco’s Pier 39, only to mention a few. To this day, Ed continues to produce high-quality music, setting the bar higher in the constant chase for “that perfect sound,” and featuring new elements in his compositions.

Desarrolló un interés por la música a la temprana edad de 12 años, y nunca dejó de perseguir la creatividad y mejorar su maestría musical. Hasta el día de hoy, tuvo la oportunidad de actuar junto a varias bandas y subir al escenario en algunos de los lugares más famosos de Los Ángeles, San Francisco y otros lugares. Además de eso, se acerca a la música con una actitud humilde, siempre buscando desafiarse a sí mismo de manera creativa y aportar nuevos elementos a su sonido diverso.

Hi I am an aspiring late bloomer music producer ( I am in my early 50s). I produce experimental electronic music in the genres of chill out edm hip hop and New Age.  I am also an aspiring singer.  I was born in Vietnam and I am of Chinese descent.  I started singing at the age of 10 and started playing the piano at the age of 15.  My music producing started at the age of 34.  I can only play the piano by ear and I can only play simple piano.
