Audiofly return to their beloved Supernature after a hiatus of over two years following their last EP on Get physical. With a hectic worldwide touring schedule and the completion of their debut Flying Circus Ibiza residency @ Sankeys, studio time was scarce for the boys.  In the few weeks they had back home in Barcelona, Anthony and Luca put their heart and soul into the creation of the Excuse My Wilderness EP. A process that took over 6 months to complete. SUPER FLU "Jo Gurt" (Stephan Bodzin Remix)

These four songs are the reflection of my learning experience, not only with LSD, but also with life itself, and how we are all interconnected. Of course, this was a failure due to my lack of knowledge in quantum mechanics.
In this experiment, not finished yet, I push myself into sleep/sugar deprivation, avoiding also all kinds of sauces ­‐specially mayonnaise­‐ and other kinds of experiments with my body and brain. Trying to put my feelings into music.
But this EP is not all about me, I use the wisdom of Timothy Leary to help you, guide you thru the trip. His words are all you need to enjoy this fantasy world.
Much better work did the remixers: Modus, Shaun J.Wright & Alinka, they help this baby walk.

Rising from humble beginnings like Icarus heading towards the skies, Singularity plots its course for the stratosphere as it heads ever onwards and upwards…but unlike Icarus this is a tempered and restrained ascent not an easy task to pull off but one that makes the impact so much stronger for it's subtle, ever evolving simplicity.

With a melody that comes on like a half-remembered memory and lingers long after the sound itself fades away, Singularity stays with you, slowly and carefully weaving its way around you while its drums beat a steady, forceful pulse and its percussion jumps in and out like Billy Pilgrim skipping thru time. The combined effect is something much more than the sum of its parts. Somehow this simple techno tune creates an entire world of its own and asks you to inhabit it for a while, losing yourself in the process..

On the flip side, Monoloc exercises an equal and proportional restraint in his take on things. Like a voice emerging from a faded dream, the melody peeks out behind a curtain of reverb and industrial drums compellingly foreshadowing its full potential. Growing from there, the atmosphere slowly engulfs the listener until finally the slow build up reaches its full force providing a fantastic re-imagining of the original with an almost romantic yet no less powerful conclusion.
