This track is from a poem I recently wrote to get out how healing has finally begun for me. It was never something external and nothing I could deflect to get better. Deflecting only opens space in me giving permission for others to deflect their inadequacy on my plate. I had to own what was mine, my responsibility to damage in a toxic relationship and the realization the responsibility is mine to repair. How? The means was always within me - owning my responsibility of the damage and repairing my responsibility of the toxic relationship. I had to relearn to love me to get started

I love dance music especially late ninities and early 2000s .. the remixes and mashed with 80s and 79s or even earlier memories is like heaven. I recently start AI songs or lines to be used as needed. They original idea as for words and scenes/plot but rest for visualization or audio complimented only .. Blah... meh .. okay.. otay .. let’s do this

Music and lyrics are not the only outlet for creativity. I do wood work, paint, and even try concrete and clay sculpting. I’m learning daily. As someone adjusting to life changes due to Long-COVID,  these hobbies cause less pain and tissue damage from lowered stressed.
