This is the first track that I contributed towards writing on my BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Music Performance and my two main roles were to motivate the rest of the band as I had been nominated as project manager and write the bass line that I wanted to play. We then had a week to come up with the track, get it recorded and then play it at a showcase. Not only did I contribute towards the writing and the playing of the track, I spent a few hours throwing together a quick mix just so it was releasable as the recording session was rushed and we only had the opportunity to do a live recording as apposed to doing a full multi-track session.
