Bio,
Jamie Power. A young go-getter who always drooled with inspiration when listening to jazz, old soul and R&B, but really wanted to get into the 'music bizz' when he experienced his first house beats in Amsterdam's legendary club Paradiso at the tender age of 12.
Since then, he's been hooked on Ableton and Reason; his puberty was musically. 
In those years he found inspiration in modern heroes such as Gaiser, Stimming and kollektiv turmstrasse. 
Jamie Power builds his own bridge between the sugar-coated musical styles from his childhood and the rumbling 4-to-the-floor beats that really set him free as a teenager.
Jamie Power prefers to produce his tracks with a minimal whiff about them, yet they always contain that lovely old school flow that inspired him since his earliest memory.


Jamie Power; een jonge producer uit het zuiden van Nederland. Jamie is al sinds zijn 12e bezig met muziek, van oude Jazz en Soul platen ging zijn hart sneller kloppen en hij wist dat zijn toekomst daar lag.
Jamie zijn tracks zijn opgebouwd uit vloeiende melodieën ondersteund door gevarieerde bass-tonen. Alle invloeden uit zijn jeugd hoor je terug in zijn tracks, Jamie houdt ervan om zijn tracks minimaal te houden, maar toch uitgebreid. Hij laat goed het contrast tussen alle invloeden horen in iedere productie, Jamie is een veelzijdige duizendpoot.
Jamie timmert al aardig lang aan de weg en heeft al vroeg de keuze gemaakt om al zijn setjes live te doen, met aan arsenaal aan eigen tracks knalt hij samen met zijn APC40 het land door. Door zijn brede achtergrond speelt Jamie goed in op het publiek, bruggetjes slaan tussen melodieus en beuk-werk is een van zijn specialiteiten.
