The Deal 

You buy an RJS Entertainment Pass, 
You book your flights 
You book your accommodation, and we give you the time of your life!

The Entertainment Pass allows you into all events and excursions organised by RJS including all transfers to and from events during the week. Your pass also includes entrance to the 'RJS FREE DRINKS PISS UP' event, a 3 course meal on the Dinner and Dance Oscars dress up night and the presence of some of your favourite London DJs. 

There will be two raves throughout the week that will be jointly old school and new school, the rest of the nights will be split into the mature raves rooms entertained by those DJs and the New School room entertained by the new school DJs.



Prices

**EARLY BIRD ** Week Entertainment Pass = £175 ( before May 1st) 
Normal Week Entertainment Pass = £200 ( After May 1st ) 
Weekend Entertainment Pass = £75 ( Only valid from Weds - Sat) 

Entertainment Passes are NON - REFUNDABLE and NON - TRANSFERABLE

ALL PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE 1ST AUGUST 2012, THERE ARE LIMITED SPACES ON THIS TRIP.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER INTO ANY RJS EVENT OR USE ANY TRANSFERS TO OUR VENUES WITHOUT THE RJS ENTERTAINMENT PASS WHICH IS IN THE FORM OF A WRISTBAND ( TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT ARE NOT INCLUDED) 

Accommodation

The Group will be staying at two 4 star hotels next to each other, in the area of Praia de Rocha, as guests, you can use the facilities of both hotels, which include an excellent spa, immaculate rooms, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, bar and billards table. Rooms are subject to availability and are on an allocation basis by the hotel, requests to be next to mates will not be fulfilled.

Bedrooms are based on 2 people sharing and will include Breakfast.

For Hotel Jupiter ( Twin Room and Breakfast) Side Sea View Room with Balcony - £208 per person for a week 

For Hotel Da rocha ( Twin Room and breakfast ) City View with Balcony - £208 per person per week 
Da Rocha can accommodate a 3rd person. 
3rd person price: £164 per person per week


When you book, you pay a £100 deposit which is non - refundable, the balance MUST be paid off 8 weeks before departure which is 21st July 2012 or you will LOSE your deposit. 
For booking by Debit Card, there is no charge. For booking by Credit Card, there will be a 2% surcharge.Once you're booking has been received, they will issue you both a confirmation and invoice by email.
