Meet My Honey

This is my wife’s first attempt – ever - to sing in a microphone and get a song recorded. 
She has always considered herself as next to tone-deaf and quite talentless concerning singing.  

But my wife did it anyway as a part of a deal she cut with a patient at the hospital where she’s working. 
My wife should take action to step out of her comfort zone, so her act would counterweight and equal the discomfort of what her patient considered a transgressive act in the recovery process.

And it worked…

The Wall Has Gone

I was born one of these music gifted kids. “Singing before talking, making rhythm before walking” kinda stuff. You know.

When I was nine I learned the “4 chords” on the family’s second hand Höfner copper stringed jazz guitar and the necessary moves I learned from watching their black and white television set.

And I took it the whole way. From garage to the inner capital city club circle topping in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.

My music is Lager Rock.

Lager Rock can be viewed as a kinda Rock n Roll toolbox which style’s was strangely sandwiched in between the Rock n Roll mainstreams of its day.
Lager Rock weld three Rock n Roll mainstreams together: Punk Rock, New Wave and classic electric Guitar Blues Rock.
It emerged in London in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s and spread like a bushfire all over Europe.
Pure condensed energy my friends.

I have and I will all ways play Lager Rock!
Through out my life, besides playing Lager Rock, I’ve been doing a ton of odd jobs from business consulting to flying airplanes. But I have never ever being anything close to selling my guitar and leaving Lager Rock and in that way too Rock n Roll.

But when my life moved into its fifty’s my not so healthy lifestyle caught up with me and in the last six years it seems like Grim Reaper now and then raised his tent in my back garden. You know just to stay close in case.

As I was spending my time mostly negotiating with Mr. Reaper a strange thought came to my mind. 
I have never issued any of my music. 
Oh yes I’ve made demo’s en mas but never ever a single, EP or album. 
Then and there I took a swift decision. Now it’s time!!!!

And here I am ladies and gentlemen. In my early sixties recording and issuing - senior - Lager Rock and of course also with a classic DIY invented title: DIY Senior Lager Rock Streamer.

So what’s the big chromed shining truth here?
1. I’m still alive and well and…
2. Rock n Roll WILL NEVER DIE.
