DJ Ronsta has quickly become one of the most requested and favorite DJ's in New England and surrounding states. He was born and raised in Salem, MA from Dominican heritage. 
His passion for music came at an early age when his late uncle, Carlos Candelario (Tio Cano), exposed him to the music culture. Ronsta slowly gained confidence by playing at family gatherings. He began doing private events such as; school dances, weddings, sweet 15s, baby showers, and birthday parties (Until this day he can be booked for private events).

DJ Ronsta's first broke in the nightlife scene in 2008 at Casa Blanca Sports Bar (Salem, MA) and Rafy's Place (Lynn, MA). Since then DJ Ronsta has had the honor to show his talent at Bostons Hottest Latin Clubs.

DJ Ronsta is very known for his mixtape series (Controlando La Calle) which he releases 2 mixtapes yearly. These mixtapes you can find all over the internet and are heard worldwide. He would like to give credit to DJ Stix who introduced him to the format of making mixtapes. DJ Ronsta combines the styles of DJ Andy Panty, DJ Lobo, DJ GI Joe which he grew up listening to during his teenage years. Also DJ Ronsta wants to thank DJ D-Touch who introduced him to turntables and the club scene in his younger days.

Since 2010 DJ Ronsta has been a member of "JJP" which is a 10 member DJ Crew of Boston's Best DJ's.

Last but not least, DJ Ronsta is also an Official DJ with the World's best Latin DJ company; LoMaximoProductions.Com also known as LMP which holds an exclusive lineup of the best Latin DJ's in the World. In 2013, during DJ Ronsta's first year as a member of LMP he won the 2013 Rookie of the year award. In 2015 he won the "LMP MVP" award for his hard work and dedication in the DJ game.
