After its outstanding reception following its initial release back in January, Wankelmut & Emma Louise's infectious single - 'My Head Is A Jungle' returns with a souped up package and is set to be released worldwide on 15TH September via Positiva. Wankelmut who has mainly been deejaying in underground clubs in Berlin such as Sisyphos and MIKZ, became 'Newcomer of the Year' last year (GROOVE Magazine) and has been in high demand as both DJ and Remixer ever since. Wankelmut has a very entertaining and well crafted way of deejaying with a huge variety of styles from Deep House to Techno. Beside playing all over Europe he remixed Gossip, Jay Haze, Lukas Graham and various other underground records which established his status within the Techno House Scene. On his 24th birthday in December 2011 Wankelmut aka Jacob Dilßner uploaded his unofficial remix for Asaf Avidan's "Reckoning Song' to Soundcloud. More than one year later the now official remix has sold 1.3 Million copies on Sony/Columbia, scored over 100 Million Youtube Plays and entered the #1 spot in 8 european countries, as well as being the best-selling track on Beatport last year.

In cooperation with the talented Australian singer Emma-Louise, the duo deliver a finely tuned piece of melodic brilliance. Wankemut's faultless Tech-house production, and Emma-Louise's blissful vocals will have you instantly hooked and will be circling around your head for days to come. Patrick Topping’s productions have an effortless swagger when it comes to working the dancefloor and still only on his second EP, the North-East’s star in the making is showing plenty of nous with his massive debut for Hot Trax and now the intoxicating ‘Any Amounts EP’ on Hot creations. A-side ‘Any Amounts’ is getting hammered by Jamie Jones and crew, packed with stomping bass and ridiculously infectious top-lines, it’s a simple and dangerously effective weapon to destroy all dancefloors. ‘The Point’ moves into glitchier territory with another tough and raw bassline and old-school synths. On the flip, ‘Look Around’ weaves provocative vocal clips with heavy bass, a disembodied chorus and syncopated beats. Last but not least Patrick pairs another breathless vocal sample for ‘In My’ with a stripped back bumpin’ house groove, arpeggiated synths and subaqueous growl.

Patrick Topping delivered his first EP ‘Walk On’ on off-shoot Hot Trax earlier this year, which reached no.5 in the Beatport Deep House charts and was championed by Pete Tong on his legendary BBC radio 1 show.

With his tracks gaining support from heavyweights Franck Roger, Richy Ahmed and Darius Syrossian and Jamie Jones even before they were signed, it was only a matter of time before the budding artist broke into the limelight.

Now 24 years old Patrick, first built a DJ career around playing at his own popular club night in Newcastle, Motion while at Uni but started concentrating on production in 2011. Through the old-fashioned demos route, Patrick caught the attention of the Hot Creations camp as they recognised the talent and Patrick’s innate ability to craft a banging record.

Big H chugs out of the starting blocks with reverberated congas and syncopated hat sequences.Nifty melodicism and tenebrous vocal chops sit above a robust foundation as tension continues to climb to the close. Nacho Marco’s remix wades in with neatly mapped percussion ahead of some allaying synth tones and a rich bass pattern. The vocals glow through piano stabs as tension lifts and falls throughout.

VMC kicks off with palpable claps and hats swinging alongside panned vocal chops and a taught kick. A hypnotic synth sequence skewers through the mix before vocals are layered to handraising effect whilst the Dub version keeps things anchored down with a slightly more brooding atmosphere. Waal is a jackin and physical production. In a manner akin to Eats Everything, muscular bass patterns and immaculately plotted vocal shops gambol in and catch the listener off guard. Tension climbs in a stretched rise that’s guaranteed to satisfy prime time dance floors.

After a hiatus of just two months, the boys from Hot Lipps Records are back with their seventh installment and newest endeavor, Calculated Steps. Three choice tracks written and produced by label owners Peter and Steve Primiani, aka Hot Lipps Inc., are wrapped up and delivered just in time for the holidays along with a gifted remix. The EP starts off with the title track, a deep, moody treat and just what we have come to expect from the brothers, making use of M1 Organs, atmospheric pads, and spaced out effects. A chunky remix comes courtesy of Leipzig-based artist and Oh! Yeah! Music label boss, Sven Tasnadi (Moon Harbour, Cocoon, Poker Flat). Sven delivers a winning combination of percussive-reduced tech house. "Make Me Yours" marks the second original, opening with an effective low-set bass line. The track is a bit deep, a bit minimal, but with a ton of groove topped off by stabs, filtered pads, and vocal hooks. "Devious Tongue" closes things out with more driving bass, some funky house elements, and filtered vocals which all build up to an understated drop. All in all, the release is a proper fix.

We've been a fan of Motor City Drum Ensemble since the brooding and eerie "Escape To Nowhere" in 2007 - a track that sounded like someone had listened to "French Kiss" on acid and then tried to recreate what they heard. So when we started re-issuing Romanthony's classics with fresh remixes, MCDE's Danilo Plessow was always someone we wanted to on the project. • Bio:....Fly O Tech is an Electronic Band composed by Demian Muller and Ernesto Yoga.Demian Muller: A vocalist and notable producer of the global electronic music scene today, Muller shares his work with several of the world's major labels, including Cadenza and 8Bit. This young artist is marked for his versatility as a producer and innovation on DJ sets.Ernesto Yoga: Multi-instrumentalist and musician, featured at the Catholic University of Valparaiso, Yoga has extensive experience with the genres of Rock, Afro-Latin and Classical music. His musical evolution has thus far culminated in electronic music, and the creation of Fly-O-Tech in 2012.Fly O Tech is known for powerful live shows, with a modern and elegant sound cutting across the boundaries of House, Techno and Nu-Disco. Founded in 2003 by Demian Muller, with Rob Golden, this project offers a live orchestra of music, paying no heed to tradition and classes of genre - it is integration, innovation, almost evolution.Beginning with watery electronic beats, to feel and follow the dancing rain right through and into your soul, Fly O Tech pulls, swims in deeper emotions, but comforts that this slow drop will be lifted. If not by the sweet vocals, then by the beautiful symphony of life captured by a solo piano.The rain falls, the music plays, you wade through the beats, and then that call - a completed circle of a personal and unified journey, created for you by Fly O Tech.
