   This latest Eclectic Collective song was probably the most collaborative in a true sense as we've yet released. The song began with Josh trying to piece together a couple of ideas that he'd come up with on the piano. He sent his ideas to JJ, who took out a connecter section that Josh had no intention of making anything of, and turned it into the body of the song. He returned the song to Josh complete with a signature JJ Terrell climactic coda. Then Josh added the bass to JJ's piano, with some help from the always solid drums from Ken. The way it usually goes is that Josh comes up with a scratch bass line to accompany the song, then Ken adds drums, then Josh goes back and adds the bass to fit the beat. Sometimes they go back and forth, but not this time so much. 
  Then, Stephen added the foundational guitar in the first section, and came up with the idea for the coda. Josh added some mandolin to the coda, too, after which Stephen redid the guitar in the coda to make it very dynamic and part the clouds. Tez finally came along and added the fiery solo and the charming fills in the main section. Most of this time, MD had been working on the narrative lyrics and refining his melodic vocals. Finally, Stephen put it all together for us and mixed it in his expert fashion. 
  We hope you enjoy the thrill of the climax, and also get a chuckle out of the lyrics, which are included below.

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some new research points that we will be incorporating into the Nightm10 experiment. 

Objective:

Our continued research aims to further explore the boundaries of the subconscious mind during simulated death and reanimation processes. 

Please review and provide your input.

Scope: 

Lucid dreaming within the realm of 'death': We will introduce techniques to induce lucid dreaming during the simulated death sequences. By training participants to become aware of their dream state and exercise control over their actions, we can observe the extent to which the subconscious mind can manipulate and shape the dream experience.

Interdimensional exploration: Building on our previous findings, we will create scenarios that simulate the possibility of crossing over into other dimensions or alternate realities during the dream state. By carefully designing the environment and incorporating advanced visual and auditory stimuli, we aim to investigate the mind's capacity to perceive and interact with these alternate realms.

Emotional response analysis: In addition to recording dream content, we will introduce methods to measure participants' emotional responses during the simulated death sequences. By utilizing biosensors and facial expression recognition technology, we can analyze the range of emotions experienced within the dream state and correlate them with specific dream events or scenarios.

Collective dreaming experiment: As an extension of Nightm10, we will explore the potential for shared or collective dreaming during the simulated death sequences. A select group of participants will undergo the experiment simultaneously, and we will investigate any instances of shared dream elements or communication between participants within the dream realm.

Dream recall enhancement techniques: To improve the accuracy and completeness of dream recall, we will implement novel techniques to enhance participants' memory retention and retrieval of dream experiences. This may involve the use of auditory cues, mnemonic devices, or targeted neurostimulation to facilitate the transfer of dream memories from the subconscious to conscious awareness.
