This music production duo from South London consists of two brothers, Chrisiyo and Richard Femi. Born and bred in Brixton, Mutual Soundz create compositions that overflow with nostalgic melodies, punching drums, and vast, sweeping synth arrangements, interspersed with warped, dream-like samples. Drawing from an eclectic range of musical inspirations that reach far beyond the council estates they grew up in, Mutual Soundz produce tracks that attempt to shine a light on the deepest, most formless, of human emotions, whilst never shying away from their unmistakably Hip-Hop origins.
