Hi, I’m Asif Zamir. I am a business consultant and Pastor working mostly in the Toronto area of Canada and surrounding cities. I have been consulting for a long time, mostly with local area startups and very small businesses. I've been in church ministry since 1997.

I have recently had the opportunity to work with a client in the music industry and he recommended I setup a SoundCloud to learn more about the industry (which is changing dramatically thanks to crowd-funding and social media).

A little more about myself: I love 80s music, and I still listen to disco! Some of my favorite bands are REM and U2. In high school I was known as the kid who always had his walk-man on, even during class. In 1999 I took 1 year hiatus from music, which was a very interesting journey.

Unfortunately, I have very little musical skill aside from listening. I have attempted to learn the piano, guitar, and vocals with little success. Luckily, you do not have to be musically talented to be a fan and supporter! Thanks for listening!
