Jargon! It’s back with Monkey Coops, a co-op between Kevin and Fitia started in October 2012. They are the second resident Dj of the well-known club from the South of France : Spartacus Club, since May 2013 with Chicks Luv Us & Medeew.
Now it’s a good chance to know them better so keep the eye on them and listen this two phat tracks with the best underground flavor so far on Jargon.

It is hard to believe that it has been a full three years since our great friend Paul Ritch last featured on SCI+TEC with his awesome Circus EP. Well, he's back and bringing us a truly epic new single… PULSE.

With its machine gun snare and omnipresent bass pulse, the eleven minute (to the second) monster begins. The firing rounds of the drum and intense single note synth spark a flurry of sound before the track drops again with Ritch creating a chasmic feel, greatly enhanced by the hollow bongo riff that seems to echo within the great expanse.

Ron Costa takes on the remix challenge. Tightening the track with his thumping kick drum and vocal tricks, he creates a ripping groove that perfectly complements Paul's original.

After receiving global attention through his injection of warm Latin rhythms into the traditionally cold and calculated techno format, this latest effort is no exception to the rule. Opener “Evil Laff” effervesces like a lab experiment, with layers of rich sampled percussion looping, stuttering and decompressing as the track picks up steam. Motored by competing snare and hat patterns and accented by a bubbling melodic tone, the movement is measured throughout by a sinister vocal presence.
