FRANKYEFFE - BIOGRAPHY 
Traversing the winding passages of his own cavernous capabilities, prolific Italian DJ, producer and label owner Frankyeffe – real name Francesco Fava – is well on his way to reaching the peak of his towering potential. Since his career’s 2001 inception, he’s wandered some of the darkest corners of melodic techno, injecting innovation and amplitude and gradually cementing himself as a true master within his own class.
Initially rising to prominence behind the decks of Rome’s renowned Rashomon Club, for three consecutive seasons, the venue’s intimate interior provided a vast canvas for Frankyeffe to draw upon. Soon sparking the interests of a wider audience, he’s since reached international recognition playing at various Mutate events in Naples, the Audio Club in Geneva, Germany’s Audiogate festival in 2017 and a monster slot on the Pryda stage at 2018’s instalment of Tomorrowland in Belgium. Stretching his reach further to high profile gigs in the UK, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Columbia and China his music is fast becoming a global force to be reckoned with.  
Helping to inspire other artist’s talent and creativity, Frankyeffe’s fierce DIY ethos is embodied by his own Riot Recordings label where he’s simultaneously put out a number of his own releases including his name making 2015 debut album, Trenta along with a handful of other flourishing and deserved artists – Teenage Mutants, Maksim Dark, Heerhorst and Spartaque to name a few. He’s worked alongside the likes of Enrico Sangiuliano – winner of ‘Best Producer’ at the 2019 DJ Awards – as well as been featured on established imprints that span Noir, Kraftek, We Are The Brave, Senso Sounds and Terminal M. 
With an exciting schedule already underway, Frankyeffe has a busy year ahead with a string of tour dates and releases on Senso Sounds and his own Riot Recordings ready to drop in early 2020. Well set on the highroad to stardom, 2020 will be a crucial year for this buzzing techno talent.

Toen hij nog baby was zat hij al op schoot bij zijn vader achter de draaitafels en werd hij op deze manier geïnfecteerd door het muziekvirus. Toen hij zes jaar was begon voor hem al zijn carrière. Via een klein geïmproviseerd radiozendertje van niet meer dan een paar watt begon hij al vanuit zijn kamer met radio uitzendingen. Op zestienjarige leeftijd was hij deejay bij 1 van de grootste etherpiraten van Den Haag (Hitradio 's-Gravenhage) waar hij zo'n zeven jaar heeft gedraaid.

in 2005 kwam hij in contact met Ronald van der Sluis ook wel bekend als Donnie Rosalez die in deze periode vaste deejay was van de Scheveningse nachtclub "De Plaza". De vriendschap die daar ontstond groeide snel en Ronald van der Sluis werd zijn leermeester op het gebied van mixen en produceren. Na veel afkijken, oefenen en een hoop vallen en opstaan begon in 2006 zijn eigen deejay carrière van de grond af te komen.

Het toeristische plekje Scheveningen werd zijn werkterrein en al gauw was hij niet meer weg te denken in de velen cafés, discotheken, strandclubs en besloten feesten. In 2007 kwam hij in het toenmalige Grandcafe De Veiling in contact met zanger John West (bekend van de hits "weet wat je begint" en "jou blik") die in die tijd de vaste deejay was in de Veiling. John West bracht in dat zelfde jaar zijn eerste single uit en besloot vanaf die tijd zich volledig te focussen op zijn zangcarrière.

Hierdoor kwam er een vaste plek vrij in bij De Veiling en zo werd Rob van Dijck vaste deejay van het toenmalige Grandcafe De Veiling. John West en Rob van Dijck bleven vrienden en algauw ontstond hieruit een trouwe samenwerking. Rob van Dijck werd door John West regelmatig uitgenodigd om geluid en muziek te verzorgen op avonden wanneer hij zelf moest zingen omdat hij op veel verschillende feesten en locaties kwam, kwam hij ook in contact met andere zangers en mensen uit de muziek industrie.

In 2016 bracht hij zijn eerste lange mix uit genaamd "100% Partymix 2016". Deze mix was zo'n succes dat hij al snel een groter publiek voor zich wist te winnen. De abonnees op YouTube verdubbelde en het aantal downloads van de 100% Yearmix 2016 waren net bij te houden en binnen zeer korte tijd was hij landelijk bekend. In 2017 bracht hij samen met Quido van der Graaf zijn eerste single uit genaamd Onbereikbaar.

Momenteel is hij een graag geziene deejay in velen (feest)cafés, feestzalen, besloten feesten en andere uitgaansgelegenheden tot op heden werkt hij nog veel samen met John West, Quido van der Graaf en meerdere Nederlandstalige artiesten en is hij ook vaak achter de draaitafels te zien op feesten waar hun zingen.

De stijl die deze deejay heeft is als zeer uniek te bestempelen. In zijn volledige carrière heeft hij een unieke stijl van mixen ontwikkeld en heeft hij een zeer brede muziek genre die hij in kan zetten. Hierdoor is hij een echte allrounder geworden en is hij echt voor elk soort feest inzetbaar en maakt hij van elke gelegenheid een echte unieke feestavond.
