Hello, we are Sunrise Over Europe and this boat is sinking. Welcome.

On the widows walk, a maritime wife stands alone. The whispering of the wind, spoken by the cruel unforgiving north sea. The crashing of the waves against the harbour wall. The crackle of a radio “Nothing off Forth, nothing off Cromarty, nothing off Fair Isle and Viking is empty”. Sitting at a piano with nothing more than a photograph and the taste of salt on her lips. 

We came by sea and tamed the land. Here we are.
