I am Jenný Augustudóttir Kragesteen. I like to describe my project FRUM as music, film and expression through the body. I have been singing my whole life, growing up in the Faroese Islands, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. I am fascinated by figuring out how everything in life and nature is intertwined. I love to collaborate with creative people that I trust and who are putting my vision into life - whether it is producers, film makers, designers, photographers. Collaboration inspires me.

In 2019, I signed to Hamburg based record label hfn, where I found my musical harbor. We released my song “Ocean” in May 2019. It tells the story of my grandmother and the sweet memories I have of her. Now I am happy to share with you “The Only Way”: A story about all the opportunities we are told to have in this life, if you just try hard enough. And then realizing your own boundaries. The Only Way is about accepting my own limitations and the journey I have been on to identifying the things in life I want to be. It might not always be easy, but it is The Only Way.
