I put this together as part of a long process of gathering house music, melodic techno, and more for events in the summer and fall of 2023. The intention was to span a vibe from deep to dance oriented, with a particular flavor throughout. I hope you enjoy it. 

I want to thank the people who helped me find new music, and continue to do so. It’s always a journey, and I couldn’t do it without you.

I first put this together in early 2023 expecting to release a mix at that time. It went through several iterations, but I never released it. Here is the result, which is also almost exactly what I played one evening at Burning Man 2023, and has been requested several times since. Enjoy!

This is a collection of music that I've been putting together for some time. Some of it is tech house from a year ago, some electro house recorded from 20+ year old vinyl, and one of my own original tracks. This is a vibe I played late night back in the early aughts.

Let's Get 2025 Started right

This was one of those projects that showed promise but then went untouched for a few years. After a long hiatus I've been starting to assess what projects have potential and finally start new ones again, so here's one that I'm happy about.

A mix of drum sampling, hardware synths, field recorded noise, and more,  The Grid really embodies the sound that I often set out to create: a tech sound with cutting precision that also involves organic elements, though often unrecognizable as to their source.

Though originally inspired by lofi hip-hop, this quickly morphed into a thing of its own, much closer to trip-hop, with a kind of dark but ethereal sound.

Near and Far

Music has always been at the core. I had a bit of muscal training early on, but it was the Bay Area rave scene that really shaped me - the nights that went 'til sunrise, the sounds that didn’t fit anywhere else, the feeling of being fully lost in it.

I’ve been producing and DJing for over two decades, across a wide range of genres: ambient, deep house, breaks, techno, drum & bass — whatever tells the story. I came up as part of a house music collective, playing countless underground events, always chasing the feeling that only a perfectly timed track can deliver.

There was a long break in the 2010s, but since returning I’ve been reconnecting with the craft in a deeper way. Some recent tracks have gotten real love, and people have been resonating with the sets again — the flow, the selection, the sense of journey.

I’m not here to follow trends. I’m here to move people.
