Michael Paul covers s is about music - mainly covers although some original material will be featured.  The key difference will be the use of the iPod and iPad in creating the performances.
The current artist in residence is Michael Paul.
He does his recording using an iPod / iPad with various microphones and iPad running Yamaha Notestar for backing tracks, though sometimes he will use MIDI connected to a Yamaha piagerro for more rare songs. He plays guitar and digital piano though only at a basic level so may do an instrumental. 
 
His chief music influences are;
1960s R&B, Neil Diamond, Paul Simon, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Eagles, U2, Coldplay.
He has recently come across bands such as Train, Arctic Patrol, The Script which are really good and intends to cover.
