Laurent Schmitz, aka Pianopoli, is a Belgian DJ and producer whose musical soul is steeped in the influences of Italo disco, the frenetic house of the 90s and the hard-hitting electro of the 2000s.

From an early age, he was drawn to electronic music, which became a real passion. In the early 2000s, at the height of the electroclash period, he started DJing at parties in the Liège area and began producing music.

Today, through his Pianopoli project, as a DJ and producer, he creates unique soundscapes in which driving rhythms and effervescent synths blend retro sounds with the modernity of contemporary indie dance. 

His music is an invitation to discover, dance and explore retro-futuristic harmonies.
